Mieke Emch, PMHNP-BC

I see clients across the lifespan from 18-60 years old in OR and WA. I conduct psychiatric assessments and make recommendations for treatment which often includes psychiatric medications and brief solution focused therapy. I work with clients to develop a treatment plan which places their values and needs at the heart of the work we do together. I prescribe conservatively using evidence based practice guidelines and I welcome collaboration with other members of a client's care team.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family but mostly, I play pickleball!

In person appointments will be scheduled at our Beaverton office.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, skiing or wandering around Mount Hood, trying new places to eat, biking, watching documentaries or goofy TV series, and traveling.

Heather Otto, PMHNP-BC

You don't have to be in crisis to want support or relief. Many people come to me knowing they want things to feel different, but without a clear plan for how to get there. They may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or out of sync. The first step is often just finding a space to pause, be heard, and begin.

I am a PMHNP providing psychotherapy and medication management to individuals from young adulthood onward. My approach is thorough and collaborative—focused on careful assessment, clear treatment planning, and adjustments that support your progress. I work with ADHD, anxiety, mood, stress, exhaustion and perimenopause.

In sessions, I aim to be a steady, informed presence—helping you gain insight into your experience and what might help, while respecting your pace and priorities. Whether we're working through patterns in therapy or refining a medication plan, the goal is meaningful progress. I invite you to reach out if you're considering care.

Jaclyn Hogan MS, PMHNP-BC

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering psychotherapy and medication management for adults 18 and older. My approach to prescribing is thoughtful and conservative. I believe in using the least amount of intervention necessary to help you feel well, not simply to treat symptoms in isolation.

My clinical foundation is rooted in marriage, couple, and family therapy, which shapes the way I integrate evidence-based medication management with therapeutic care. I approach this work through trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and holistic lens; these aren’t just buzzwords to me, they’re the cornerstone of how I practice.

I place a high value on the therapeutic relationship itself. I believe that relational safety and connection are at the heart of healing, and that lasting change happens when you feel genuinely seen and supported. My role is to help you find evidence-based paths forward that allow you to feel safe in your body and grounded in your most authentic self.

Treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I welcome the chance to get curious and creative with you about what’s working (and what isn’t) so we can adjust course together, whenever needed.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, puzzling, and spending time outside with friends and family.
